Forget tea or coffee, this is my afternoon pick-me-up. It is easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients. Some people prefer it with a sweeter apple so I suggest you start with another variety.
I have a NutriBullet which breaks down fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and other plant foods to their most absorbable state. It is bloody marvellous and so easy to use, definitely worth investing in one.

basic green juice
Makes: approx. 2 glasses

1 celery stalk
1 granny smith apple (or another variety for more sweetness)
a handful of spinach
water or oat milk
Combine and blend.
